Bad service from Avis car rentals

I received a kaak service from this company when I hired a car I paid in a deposit when taking a car I then returned the car on the 23/03/24 I was promised that my deposit will be credited back into my credit car in 3 working days,but that didn't happen,had to make calls,and I was sent from pillar to post until I went to my bank,then the bank phoned them,only then they sent me a copy of a letter to instruct the bank to release on 05/04/24.
