Bad Service from AVIS car rentals

Bad service from Avis my insurance had arranged a rental vehicle for me while my car was in for repairs. I returned the rental vehicle to Avis on Monday the 31st October 2022, today is the Monday the 21st November 2022 and my deposit refund still has not been processed. I keep trying to contact them but to date i still have not been assisted or made aware as to why there is a delay. this is not a good for such an establishment to treat its customers
