Bad service from Avis

I rented a car with Avis on the 26th of May for my trip to Mpumalanga to drive my inlaws for Funeral attendance. After dropping them off i and my partner make our way back to Joburg, around 23h00 while driving back i ran over a crate of beers which i assume a liquor truck had an incident on that road which the road was very dark. I then damaged the oil sump, we called the Road Assistance call centre to help tow the car to the nearest Avis branch which was Secunda in Mpumalanga. Avis did not even send a courtesy car to pick us up instead they left us there. Since the 26th they have never communicated with me with no single phone call but what they do , they go into my account and debit with no authorities. Three different amounts of R402.99 , R394.81 and R8.08 are being debited from my account which the car rental deposit is still with them of R3195.78.
