Bad service

I delivered my personal vehicle to Sanrose panelbeaters in Midrand this morning for an insurance repair. I was contacted by Yvette who has been assisting me with car hire for insurance claims. I have been briefed on the expected details of the transaction & have subsequently agreed. First I enquired if it will be possible, if I can take delivery of the vehicle at the premises of the panel beaters, she responded that vehicles will only be available at 1 pm, she then stated that a vehicle will be delivered to my work address in Centurion. I agreed to the terms & conditions.

Now I receive a phone call informing me that a vehicle will only be available at 4pm !!!! I am a sales consultant who requires a vehicle to fulfill my obligations, I have also been asked if I cannot avail myself at the Avis Branch in Centurion to collect a vehicle, how is this possible when I don’t have the means to get around.
