Bad Service

Bad service, I hired a vehicle with Avis at the East London Airport and the car was so dirty as they didnt have any vehicles and i had to wait for an hour for the vehicle. i just received my invoice and they have charged me for Cleaning and Valet while when i received the car it was dirty. I returned the car on the 29 October 2020 still i have not received my deposit. your service is bad and Sbu who assisted me is not friend to customers at all.
