BAD SERVICE!!!!

Avis Bfn. Received the most horrible service ever! I was told I’ll get my full deposit back when I returned the car. As a first timer and the money I got was not even half of wat I paid. Nothing was explained to me. I was even told to go check the car myself. The car petrol was not even full. Can’t state the people who assisted us cause they didn’t have any name badgers.
