BAD SERVICE

Avis are very very poor with communication. Firstly they send emails and sms'e saying I spoke to an agent which I never did. Then they threatened me about handing me over, but I only received the invoice in that same month!!!

Now I'm waiting for about over a week now for any feedback and the paid up invoice. And then I received an email saying apologies for getting back to you now, but my email was send on 11th of April. Almost a month of getting back to me.

Very bad service. And very unprofessional.
