Bad service Avis

I am very disappointed with Avis, I returned the car Dec 28 2020 till now I haven't received my deposit. I was told the delay is with the bank, but the bank told me that Avis still holding on to my deposit. Each time I send an email on their customer care I received very unpleasant response, makes me wonder if it's staff is well informed about these things.
