Bad Service at Avis Isando

I got a courtesy car from Avis after my car was involved in an accident. 2 days in I realize that the right back tyre has a nail on it. This could have been given to me with it or it was on my account. So I ask that if I am given a new vehicle that I get a Tyre inspection report to avoid being given a car with damaged tyres again for my account. The lady rudely told me that they only do visual inspections and that's too bad if I get another car with a nail in the tyres. Either way, what ever choice I make, I'm *****ed
