Bad service at AVIS

I rented a car on the 6th of December 2024 and returned it on Monday the 8th, till today I did not get my refund back, I m told the branch dd not attach the slip to their system they will try to find the slip and attach it and wait another 7 to 10 working days, Avis thanks but no thanks for bad service
