Bad service and lies

<p>I have been awaiting for the reversal of the charge on my cheque account which was ********ly done by the Welkom branch.</p> <p>Mosala/Mosana & the branch in Welkom & a Mitchell were working on my complaint. To date no resolution except more headaches!! They have since released the hold but not refunded my R399.00.</p> <p>Let me list my expectations:</p> <p>1. You reverse the charge of R1,834.00 as I never hired no used your services, today.</p> <p>2. Stop the R399.00 charge of this morning, today.</p> <p> Such service is expected from unprofessional companies with no morals. </p>
