bad service and attitude

i made an arrangement for a rental as my car is going in for repairs and we asked for the car to be delivered on the 29/3/16 anytime after 16h00 as I will be available at that time they said yes I explained to them that I need the car as I will be stranded they assured me the car will be delivered after 16h00 at 10h00 my wife phoned me to tell me the car is there ...she asked them to return 16h00 as we have arranged as she did not have cash ..well 16h20 I phoned to confirm if they are still bringing the car nearly 20 min on the phone still no answer and got cut off ... so I phoned back still no luck so I ask for a manager well he is not available I was told so is asked to be phoned back to confirm. so by 17h15 no word from them I contact them still no answer again was told manager not available I asked for the head office number well they seem not to have one and there is no number for them but after telling them I will get it myself I got put through to Lucinda who claims to be branch manager seriously doubt it no manners what so ever tried explain to her that I need a car she told me its my fault as the car was there and they cant go up and down ***??? well still no car
