Bad service

I returned the rented car on the 22nd September 2020 to avis in Francis Baard and I was told I will get my refund within 3 to 5 working days, despite numerous follow ups my refund has not been paid, I even went to the branch and I was told they can only communicate via email, as I writing this I have sent an email again. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone, as a frequent traveller I will make sure I will never ever again use this trash of a company.
