Bad service

I went to fetch a car from Avis Mthathaon Friday 3p September airport. I asked for a Polo. The guy gave me the keys for the Polo when I was on the parking bay he came to fetch the keys and gave me keys for Swift and saying he gives me the swift be ause he cares about me. He sidnt even give me a chance to aks him why? Only to find that he wants to give the polo to his friens that was waiyinv after me. Nkw I am stuck with this Swift and I**** want it. I called the Branch on Saturday and Sunday they couldnt help me. I am not happy with this at all and I cant drive this car😭😭
