BAD SERVICE

Good day im not very happy with the service i got from AVIS car rental in Midrand, i took the car on the 04th Feb, i drov for less than a KM the patrol went down, i then phoned AVIS imminently to notify them about this, the lady asked me to come back, i told her about the traffic that is bad ill come first thing tomorrow , i went the the following day and the lady said its fine she has noted it on my contract , i return the car at OR Tambo with a full tank and now they have deducted some money when i asked what money she said for late i was late but an hour but i told to return the car 4.30 i took the car 4.40 as she said but they said i have 29mins grace period, the service is poor and the lady was very RUDE RUDE RUDE
