Bad service - ***2ZA3

We hired a car on the 29 September 2018 and returned the car on the 1 October 2018 but even today they have not refunded the money that they took form the card. When we brought the car back they said that it will take 10 days now they are saying 30 days and the others are saying 72 hrs. First they took more money than what they were supposed to take and now getting the refund is a mission. This is the first and the last time I will be using their service.
