Bad Service

I rented a vehicle , whilst my vehicle was in for repairs , I briefed on the requirements before receiving the rental vehicle to which I comp****, I was assured that I would receive my deposit as soon as I returned the rental, I has been over a month with no deposit returned to me , I have had an Avis representative contact me requesting my bank details , which I am mortified about.
