Bad service

If I have read the reviews about Avis before using their car rental, I could have avoided the pain and disappointments. My experience with Avis after using their car hire in Nelspruit Riverside has been nothing but horrible. Their render bad service and lack empathy. The trouble you have to go through to be refunded your money, it us so unacceptable.
