BAD SERVICE !!!

My vehicle was in for minar repairs and my insurance gave me a vehicle for AVIS Secunda. I had to pay a security deposit of R2000.00 witch i paid cash. I reterned the vehicle on the 11th of December 2020 . On the 1st of January 2021they only paid me back R348.09. This is uneceptable ..... They claimed that there is a Admin fee of R400.00 but can not provide me where i signed for Admin fee. and they claimed a R900.00 for wheek covers witch the also can not shoe me where they paid that amount for wheel covers.

I will NEVER use AVIS again in my life.......
