BAD PRACTICE BY AVIS

i rented a car with Avis via my insurer MIWAY. i received the car at PTA central Branch avis.the staff was welcoming and everything in order.

i deposited 1500 rand using my card as required for the rental car. i return the car back at Avis on the 4th May 2021 (with an 850 RAND debt).

the staff at avis PTA wanted they inspected the car and the was nothing and one of the staff went under the front bumber and told me there is a scracth.i told him that during the period when i took the car the was no one from AVIS going under the bumper , why its done now.

why is AVIS ******** their client in not returning our deposits. its a bad practice to **** clients. who goes under the car to check for a scratch.

this is the last time i rent with this company. at the moment Avis must answer i want my refund back.

i called the 011378 number and was told my rental is still. why is it open when i have return the car.
