BAD HORRIBLE ADMINISTRATION

Your Avis reservation number linked to your Insurance Claim (***) is: ***1ZA3<br> <br> I got the car in Margate on saterday 9 January, paid a deposit of R1350. <br> <br> I gort a call on Friday from PMB brach asking if I am returning the car there or Margate, I told them I am returning it in MARGATE where I got the car. <br> <br> On Saterday I received payment in my account of R230.00 ( around that) before I even returned the rental car. <br> <br> On saterday the 16TH when I went to return the car in Margate I was told I don't have a contract there, as I had returned the car in PMB on Monday the 11th, this is impossible as I still had the car with me. <br> <br> I returned the car in Margate I didn't sign any documents to verify this, I HAVE SINCE been waiting for any communication still nothing from AVIS MARGATE <br> <br> This is very bad administration and needs to be sorted out asap. Its bad customer service to say the least .I have called the Margate branch with no one answering the phone.
