Bad Experience at AVIS rent a car

I rented a car from Avis for one day. After I left O.R. Tambo I realized there was a crack on the windshield at the right bottom corner. I could not turn back and immediately informed Avis on returning the car about the crack. I also completed a affidavit that Avis gave me regarding the crack. Avis charged me a total of R5568.64 for the damage. After several complaints, calls and e-mails I have received no reply. Absolutely disgusting service. Never rent from them or be very very careful. Completely *********** staff.
