Bad experience

I will never forget my last bad experience with King Shaka international airport branch( Avis) I booked a car on the 7th of January 2026 for three days,my collection was on 15 January, when I reached there to collect I was served by Lungi and I was very unfortunate to be served by that lady she even forced me to take an optional insurance because she said I am a risk after more than 5yrs doing business with Avis. She denied to give me 3 days as requested ended up giving me 2 days. I'll make sure my next booking I don't served by her because she doesn't want to listen to customers request instead she makes her own booking. She must learn from her colleagues because I know there are gentlemen who are doing very well in service in that branch.
