BAD Customer Service, refund
we had a rental car from avis which is part of insurance as I was in an accident, I made use of the vehicle for 10 days from the 24th of November 2023 until the 3rd of December 2023. i still have not received my refund after having returned the vehicle in December 2023, todays date 30 january 2024, nearly two months later what the hell. I have called in numerous time only to hear they will follow up , will not advise any one to use Avis in future
