Bad customer service

I have bern promised my deposit refund and it is now over 7 days. The last time i enquired i was told i will get it in 48hrs.Reference;E***. My friend experienced the same and she got her money after a month of returning the hired vehicle. Their excuse at Soweto was that they are waiting for funds.
