Bad Customer Service

I rented a car through Avis as recommended by my insurance. I've paid my Avis invoice and now Avis keeps trying to debit my credit card account. This is costing me money as my bank charges me for insufficient funds. I transfer money into my credit card if I need to use it, so currently my account does not have enough funds for the debit Avis is trying to make. Please stop trying to debit my account as I do not owe you anything.

Very poor service from Avis and I will definitely raise this with my insurance, Discovery.
