Bad customer experience

On the 20th November 2018 I have rented the car with Avis for the period of 3 months which was told I need to pay 11000 for both the rental and deposit the money was debited immediately. In December the 26th 8100 was debited again Again January 11300 was debited however today Avis came at 5am in my house to fetch the car claiming the money was not received, I showed them my statement that the money was debited but they still being rude and embarrassed me take the car,I'm now desparate without the that I have paid which the due date is 19th January according to the agreement. Avis sucks
