BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I tried to lease a vehicle from AVIS but I was not successful as my FNB card was not accepted by AVIS, not because of insufficient funds. But this was AVIS's policy. After spending 3 hours at OR Tambo, I was not assisted. Avis should change their slogan as they DO NOT TRY HARDER!!!! NO empathy, hiding behind policies and incorrect information provided by their customer care.
