Bad and shameful service from AVIS
I rented a bakkie at Avis van rental (Gqeberha) on 3 October 2024. The vehicle was returned on 5 October 2024, and I was informed that the deposit amount will be paid back within 7 to 10 working days. To date no payment has been received. Their customer care is non-existent as I have called several times and send email (***) but no response.
Really bad and shameful service from an entity such as Avis.
