bad 1st impressions

<p>I made a booking to pick up a vehicle today 22/05/2015 at 12pm in centurion, I arrived at the place at 12:05 to find them closed, called the call centre to have them try to call the after hours number and have them drop the phone on me as well, there was no communication about them closing at 12, not even a courtesy call to inform me of this... this really leaves a bad impression, they expect me to go to OR Tambo to pick up now, and wanna charge me extra than the original quote</p>
