Baaaaaaaaaaaaaad Avis Prepaid System

Had to pay 2 deposits because of Avis poor system. This is a call for thorough media investigation. Had to pay a prepaid deposit for a car that shows available on the system, only to be told the car you require is not available immediately after the deposit payment is through. This is money laundering. because i am told i need to send a booking number for my refund for which the system has never sent me (Booking #). Disgusting service.
