Avoid Avis Ushaka - They WILL find a way to charge you after return

I rented from Avis at Ushaka, returned the car spotless, full tank, zero damage. Still got charged extra after I handed back the keys.

Their contract is full of loopholes designed so the customer loses every time. Scratches you can’t see, “admin fees”, “cleaning fees” for a clean car, mystery charges days later. The moment you question it, they point to clause 12.3.5 that no one reads at the counter.

Staff rush you through the check-in and check-out so you don’t have time to inspect properly or take photos. Then boom - charges appear on your card a week later and good luck getting your money back.

Avis Ushaka, if you want repeat customers, stop treating us like an ATM. Be transparent. If the car is clean and undamaged, don’t invent fees.
