Avoid AVIS Car Rental Isando!

I had a terrible experience with AVIS Isando and strongly advise against renting from them.

When I rented a car, they took a R2000 deposit, which is standard. Upon returning the car, they sent me an invoice for R2787.84, which included a charge for an item that was ****** while I had the car. I accepted the charges and paid the R788 balance, as my deposit should have covered the rest.

Now, they have changed the invoice to over R4000, are claiming they never received my deposit, and are threatening me with legal action. When I asked why the invoice amount was changed, I got no answers.

This is highly unprofessional and feels like a ****. Stay away from AVIS Isando!
