They couldnt find my reservation and directed me with heavy luggage to another company when it was actually their own booking. Wasting 45 minutes of preciuos time. 2) MOST IMPT: THEY ******ED MONEY from me charging for little scratches that are barely visible which they claim was NOT present at the time of hire. I haqve travelled internationally for over 30 years and have never had this pettiness thrown at me from a car rental company anywhere in the WORLD!
