Avoid Avis

I reserved a car telephonically as the web page was just completely unusable, walked to Avis at CT international and found the office really unclean, floor dirty, staff very disorganized. I was charged R550 more than internet and t we L we phonic quote. The car was dirty unwashed outside, semi vacuumed inside. Avis tried to force me to download a App, very old fashioned App, my phone rejected the App but I was bul**** on and on to re install etc.. Eventually I just walked, the service person said the App only works with Samsung. Stupid. All in all a terrible rental experience.
