Avoid at all costs

Had a hire car sorted through my insurance while getting my car fixed. Started off great, everything was fine. Went to take the car back, with a full tank. And got told it wasn’t full because the needle didn’t go past the full line. I showed them my receipt and they said I’d have to fill it up to which I refused as I had already put 600 rand in. Also got told to pay 500 rand for a valet because there was some pet hair which had fallen off my clothes on the seat. Again said I’d rather take the car to a car wash and pay 40. Took the car back the next day and they didn’t even check it, just told me to go on my way. Will not be in a hurry to use their services again.
