Avis's pathetic service.

If I could give you -5 stars I would I got the worst service from Avis. Rented a car from Avis on 28 March returned it on 3 April to date still haven't received my deposit back. Been on the phone with them every single day since the 30 days was up they keep blaming the bank the bank said they need to get a notification from Avis to release the funds but have received no such notification from Avis. Avis insists that the funds was released but there is no prove on bank statement. Their service is beyond pathetic and I will never make use of their service again.
