Absolute *******! I paid a deposit of R1450 and got Refunded R350...

Contact Avis to find out what the cause of this could be and I get told because the vehicle was returned late I was charged for these additional days... After confirming that I had arranged for the vehicle to be collected on that specific day and no one collected and several times... Absolutely horrifying service. It seems like its a money making scheme for Avis to as they just take what they want and refund what they want.
