Avis’s not releasing hold on credit card after 4 weeks of rental.
We are a member of Avis’s President club and is a regular ucustomer. We are experincing difficulty to get our last 2 deposits refunded after the return of the vehicles on 25 th September as well as 2 nd October. We have made phone calls and wrote several emails to release the money with success. Dont know what else to do.

20 Nov 2018, 20:21Deposits held back by Avis on credit card is still not released by bank after last 4 weeks of car rentals. This adds up to R12000 in total not released by Avis. This is not acceptable and is costing us money for negative credit card balance.
