It has been over a month after I wrote the below review, my broker as been in contact with you endlessly over the money I am owed.

No deposit returned with zero communication I’m extremely disappointed in my service with Avis. I returned my rental more than 12 working days ago and I am yet to receive my deposit. I have phoned in just to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and get no help. I have sent emails regarding my deposit and no answer. I have no idea what more to do but this is unacceptable.
