Avis worst car rental

The car I rented had a stone chip on the windscreen which had been verbally noted at checkout. Upon dropping the car off I was blamed for the stone chip. Not only did they keep my deposit of R2416.10 but they deducted an extra R250 damage fee. This is by far the worst car rental. I wouldn't advise anyone to enter into business with Avis car rental.
