Avis wont see me again.

I have been charged for alleged damage to a hired vehicle, which was not visible to the naked eye on the return of the vehicle. I have submitted photographic evidence/proof to Avis, clearly pointing this out to them but yet, to no avail. Avis management declined my numerous e-mails and proceeded to take R2,51.41 straight from my credit card account. Therefore: Please be careful when using Avis. Inspect your hire care with a tooth comb and take enough photos and keep as proof. (Which I did but yet - they took my money)!!!
