Avis Wonderboom witholding deposit

<p>My husband rented us a car from Avis Wonderboom airport from 11 aug - 14 Aug 2016. Firstly, on arrival we received the wrong car - also a car full of scrathes at the back. Obviously, a deposit was held back. On returning the Sunday, Avis reception was closed with no one to inspect the car that was returned in the same condition we received it in. The next day Avis notified us that the car has been damaged underneath -in front and at the back
