Avis withholds deposit for ‘collision’ damages

Contract ********** 80 , I am sitting with a complaint which hasn’t been resolved for more than 7 working days. Avis is withholding my deposit for a ‘collision ‘ I did not sign for . I take full responsibility of the traffic fines, however I am disputing the collision damages and still waiting for their investigation report !
