Avis Withholding Refund
Horrible service from Avis Krugersdorp and subsequently, their head office. A refund due to me for almost a month has not been made, and they've old me there's nothing they can do to remedy the situation. I need an urgent resolution to reservation ***4ZA4. I'm being sent from pillar to post because of an error of your doing. I've tried to escalate my query, but the team is unresponsive.

Kindly be advised that the refund was processed with respect to our standard turnaround times, however, it has come to our attention that refunds that were processed during the week of the 14th- 18th of July, particularly those processed to Capitec cards, did not go through successfully.
Our finance department is closely working with our merchant bank, Nedbank, to resolve the matter and to ensure that the refunds are reprocessed.
We will provide conclusive feedback once it is received from our finance team.
We humbly apologise for the inconvenience caused.
