Avis withholding my car rental deposit *******ly.
I hired a car on 8 February 2025 from local Phalaborwa Avis. When returning the car within 24 hours on a Sunday, I was billed incorrectly because the staff who came in on Monday didn't check the weekend's return keys box. I have been struggling since then returning to their local office many times. Now, four months later I have had no reply from the head office neither my deposit of R1500 returned.
