Avis will ***** your money and take their time to pay you your money back

It’s amazing when you have a company hold 3500 on your credit card as insurance. They then charge you an additional holding fee on the card for your rental terms. Upon returning the vehicle they charge you an absolute bogus fee full of additional extras you never agreed to. When you ask the clerk she tells you it will be deducted because the car was returned with a full tank of gas and clean as a whistle.

Yet because they already have your money locked in they charge you 33% over the agreed terms yet when you call the call centre 12 times you can’t get through to them with a proof of actual use of service provided to you by the agent who helped you with the vehicle.

They will literally milk you and ***** your money and their customer service is so useless you can’t even get hold of them. I will never boom through Avis again. They will literally ***** your money and they’re is nothing you can do about it. Once you agree to their terms and they hond funds on your card there is nothing you can do about it.
