Avis will ***** your money.

I made a booking for 29 April on the 13th of April. On the 15th of April, I cancelled this booking (well within the terms and conditions window). It is now the 3rd of May, I have not received my money and Avis claims I am now liable for a cancellation fee as well ( despite terms and conditions stating otherwise).

I also had a 25min call with them in which they could not explain nor sort out the problem, or apologise. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
