Avis, why are you ignoring my plea for help?

<p>I wrote a review four days ago about Avis' incalcitrance in not considering a reduction of the exorbitant rate charged for renting a car. To date, I have not received a response nor an acknowledgement of receipt. Why is Avis treating me this way? Why is the branch manager ignoring my request? Is this how Avis treats its clients or is the branch manager at Hatfield deliberately ignoring my request? Please somebody help!</p>
