Avis **** when it comes to refunds
Avis is a **** lot if people are complaining about what I want to complain about. They never refund our money on time. I have been calling them because it happens I took a car on the 6/11/2024 I then returned it on the 11/11/24 because my car was already fixed. I have now been calling only to find out that my rental agreement number is in someone’s else name not mine. I don’t know how this happened but they better fix this as soon as possible before I let this matter to legal action. I am tired of always calling and without getting any help . There’s this lady nonhlanhla who kept me waiting the next thing it’s sipho which he promised to call back . I also talked to Abraham which he assured me that I will get my refund in the morning. Everyday it’s different stories. I want my money back
